Queens
- These support groups are for family members and meet to discuss the needs of school-age children.
– Manhattan
– Brooklyn
- These support groups are for family members of all ages.
Groups
- These support groups are for adults on the autism spectrum ages 19 and above and take place in two locations. One is on Long Island (in Brentwood) which AHA partners with GRASP. Family members or friends are welcome to attend up to two sessions. The other is partnered with Spectrum Services in NYC.
- This support group, which AHA partners with GRASP, is for teens on the autism spectrum ages 13 to 19. The group is facilitated by an adult on the spectrum and the President of AHA. Family members or friends are not allowed to attend the teen group. GRASP lists other support groups on their website.
