A support
group for parents of older teens and adult children.
Support
meetings are for parents, family members, or caregivers.
There are no fees for our support meetings and you
do not need to pre-register! All are welcome. Membership is encouraged, however, to support AHA in our work to educate, advocate, and create activities for families and individuals with a diagnosis of Asperger Syndrome and related conditions.
Evening
Support Meetings are held from 7:00 - 9:00
PM on Thursdays at YAI/NIPD, 555
Washington Avenue, Brentwood (see directions)
All support meetings are free, open, no registration
is required.

This
support group is geared toward the needs of parents
of older teens and adults and to help create more independence.
Parents of this age group face many important issues
such as employment, supported or semi-supported living,
lack of opportunities for socialization, and all the
complications surrounding financial decisions. Take this
opportunity to come and share your successes and concerns..
