Long Island Expressway (L.I.E.)
to 330 Broadway: I-495 to Exit 49S : NY-110 South/Broadhollow
Rd toward Amityville.
Continue to follow NY-110 South for approximately
7 miles. You will pass over Southern State Pkwy
( NY-110/Broadhollow Rd becomes Broadway south of
Southern State Pkwy). Continue south and pass over
Sunrise Hwy (NY-27). 330 Broadway is approximately
1/2 mile south of Sunrise Hwy, located to your immediate
right following traffic light at Louden Avenue,
near former Brunswick Hospital Center. CVS and Dunkin’
Donuts across the street.

Southern State Pkwy to Exit 32
S: NY-110 S/Broadway/Amityville. Pass over Sunrise
Hwy (NY-27). 330 Broadway is approximately 1/2 mile
south of Sunrise Hwy, located to your immediate

Nassau Parent Support Meetings (evenings)

The Mid-Island JCC, 45 Manetto Hill Rd. Plainview, NY 11803

From Northern State Parkway: From the West, take exit 37 (Manetto Hill Rd.). Right at end of ramp, go six traffic lights. JCC on left just past sixth light.

From Northern State Parkway, East: From the East, take exit 37 (Manetto Hill Rd.). At end of ramp make left turn and proceed as above.

LIE/495: From the West, to exit 45 (Manetto Hill Road). At end of ramp turn left and proceed as above.

LIE/495: From the East, take exit 46 S (Sunnyside Blvd). Left at end of ramp. Left onto Manetto Hill Rd. (2nd traffic light) go past 4 lights. JCC on left side.

RTE. 135:From the South, take exit 10 (Old Country Rd). At end of ramp go right. At fourth traffic light make a left turn onto Manetto Hill Road. The JCC is 1 block up on the right.

RTE. 135:From the North, take exit 10 (Old Country Rd) Go left at ramp and go to the fifth traffic light. Turn left turn onto Manetto Hill Road. The JCC is 1 block up on the right.

exit 62 North – Nicolls Rd/Rt 97
Cross the intersection of Nicolls Rd and 347
Proceed on Nicolls Rd 1.5 miles.
Left into the South University Entrance (South Drive)

Past the Dental Center Entrance on the right
Right on Marburger Drive (bus stop on right side)

Right after bus stop and immediately bear left
Follow the curved road to the parking lot.
Putnam Hall will be on the right.

**Make your right into the 3rd entrance (Dental
Care Center..South Campus…at this point you will
have traveled 1.6 miles on Nicolls).

You will pass Sullivan Hall/Dental Care Center on
your right. Make the 2nd right onto Forest Drive(you
will see a sign that reads South “P” lot/West and
South Campus). Make another right heading toward South
Campus (you will see a bus stop there).

Bear left toward University and Visitor Parking. Follow
curved road to the end. The sign before you will read:
“University Police.” Enter University
and Visitor Parking lot. Putnam Hall is the building
on the right. Park in the Patient or Clinic Parking
area. If that area is full and you must park in a
non-designated spot, please ask for a temporary parking
pass for your car when you arrive at the meeting and
place it on your car windshield in order to avoid
parking ticket. Once you enter Putnam Hall, the small
conference room will be down the left hallway on your
left side.

from the West

Take

Route 27 east into Bridgehampton. Look for the monument

and take a slight left onto Bridgehampton/Sag Harbor

Turnpike – CR-79. Continue approximately 4 miles,

straight through at traffic signal (becomes Main Street)

and look for library on right, across from Whaling

Museum on left, before entering village shopping district.

Take the Grand Central Parkway East to Exit 21 – Clearview

Expressway North (I-295N).  Take the Clearview Expressway

North to Exit 5 – Northern Boulevard (Rt. 25-A). 

Make a right turn onto Northern Boulevard.  Follow

Northern Boulevard East for less than 1/2 mile to

211th Street.  The building is on your left hand side,

and has the YAI logo at the top (it is a large building

with a bank as its main tenant).  It is across the

street from a KIA car dealership.  Parking on the

street only.

From

the Bronx:

Take

the Whitestone Bridge to the Clearview Expressway

South.  Take the Clearview Expressway South to Exit

5 – Northern Boulevard (Rt. 25-A).  Make a left turn

onto Northern Boulevard.  Follow Northern Boulevard

East for less than 1/2 mile to 211th Street.  The

building is on your left hand side, and has the YAI

logo at the top (it is a large building with a bank

as its main tenant).  It is across the street from

a KIA car dealership.  Parking on the street only.

From

Long Island:

Take

the Southern State Parkway/Long Island Expressway/Northern

State Parkway to the Cross Island Parkway North. 

Take the Cross Island Parkway North to Northern Boulevard

West (Exit 31 West).  Merge onto Northern Boulevard

and continue straight on Northern for a little over

1/2 mile to 211th Street.  The building is on your

right hand side, and has the YAI logo at the top (it

is a large building with a bank as its main tenant). 

It is across the street from a KIA car dealership.

West: Long Island Expressway (I-495) eastbound

to Exit 53. Stay on service road in left lane. You

will pass the exits for the Sagtikos Parkway and Wicks

Road. After Wicks Road/County Rte 7 exit move into

the right lane (DO NOT GO ONTO THE L.I.E.

AGAIN). You wil see a sign for Washington

Avenue. Stay to the right. At the light turn left

onto Washington Ave. Go over L.I.E. past the first

traffic light and turn into parking lot of first building

on right side. #555 (white building) just before gas

station. Park and enter on the left side of buidling.

From

East: Long Island Expressway (I-495) westbound

to Exit 55 (Motor Parkway. You will pass a long white

building (The Hauppauge Center for Light Industry).

The next light is Washington Avenue. Turn right onto

Washington Ave. The first building on right is #555

(white building). Turn right into parking lot just

before the gas station. Park and enter on the left

side of the building.

From South Shore:

Southern State Parkway eastbound to Exit 41A Sagtikos

Pkwy north, which will exit on the left. Proceed on

the Sagtikos Pkwy to the L.I.E. (I-495) eastboard

to Exit S1E. On ramp to the L.I.E. bear right to service

road and Wicks Rd. The first traffic light is Wicks

Rd. Continue straight across and follow the service

road. there will be a sign that says Washington Ave.

Turn left at the sign onto Washington Ave. Go over

the L.I.E. to #555 first building on right (white

building). Turn right into parking lot just before

gas station.  Park and enter on the left side

of the building.

Northern Parkway Take Northern Parkway East until it ends at Rte

347.Take Rte 347 to Rte 112.

Turn left (north) on Rte 112 and follow as above.

Traveling east:

Take the L.I.E. to Exit 34 South (New Hyde Park

Road). At the first traffic light, turn right onto

New Hyde Park Road. Continue south on New Hyde Park

Road for 3.2 miles. Turn left onto Stewart Avenue.

At the fourth light, turn right onto Nassau Boulevard.

Turn left onto South Avenue (immediately after crossing

the railroad tracks). The Adelphi campus is on the

right.

Traveling west:

Take the L.I.E. to Exit 39 south (Glen Cove Road).

Travel south for four miles (the road will change

from Guinea Woods Road to Glen Cove Road to Clinton

Road). Turn right onto Stewart Avenue go one mile

and turn left onto Hilton Avenue. Turn right onto

Sixth Street (immediately after crossing the railroad

tracks). Continue onto South Avenue. The Adelphi

campus is on the left.

Via the Northern State Parkway

Traveling east:

Take the Northern Parkway to Exit 26 South (New

Hyde Park Road). Turn right onto New Hyde Park Road.

Continue south on New Hyde Park Road for three miles.

Turn left onto Stewart Avenue. At the fourth light,

turn right onto Nassau Boulevard. Turn left onto

South Avenue (immediately after crossing the railroad

tracks). The Adelphi campus is on the right.

Traveling west:Take the Northern Parkway to Exit

31 South (Glen Cove Road). Continue south on Glen

Cove Road (which turns into Clinton Road) for 2.3

miles. Turn right onto Stewart Avenue. Go one mile

and turn left onto Hilton Avenue. Turn right onto

Sixth Street (immediately after crossing the railroad

tracks). Continue onto South Avenue. The Adelphi

campus is on the left.


Elija School

From the Long Island Expressway, Heading West:
Head to exit 41. Take exit 41S of I-495 W to merge onto N Broadway/NY-106/NY-107 toward Hicksville. Continue to follow N Broadway/NY-107. Take a slight right at North Jerusalem Ave and a right at Cornflower Rd. Then turn left at Periwinkle Road. The Elija School is at no. 100.


Brooklyn College

Street parking or a reasonable parking lot in the “Triangle Junction” shopping center on Nostrand Avenue and Avenue H to those traveling by car.

AHA Picnic

Directions to Annual Picnic at West Hills County Park, Melville, LI, NY:

From East: Northern State Parkway to exit 40 (Rte.110). Left at the light onto Route 110. Get into right lane and bear right onto Old Country Road. (New Intersection). Right at light onto Old Country Road. Make first right onto Sweet Hollow Road. Go under Parkway and straight ahead at the intersection. Picnic ground is on the right about 1/4 mile past the intersection. Parking Fee $6.00 per car.

From West: Northern State Parkway to exit 40(Rte. 110). Right at the light. Stay in right lane, bear right onto Old Country Road. Follow as above.
