Northern Parkway or Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Sunken Meadow Parkway (NORTH), take exit SM5W (Route 25A WEST), travel 2.4 miles, take RIGHT on Fresh Pond Road, travel 0.3 miles then take LEFT onto Breeze Hill Road.
